Button Events tracking with GA4

  • Hi,

    I have installed GA4 code snippet(gtag.js) on my website (lingpad.com) and subdomain (app.lingpad.com
    ) with the help of Google tag manager.

    i want to track the button click events on both domain (main and subdomain as well) with this plugin.

    i have followed below steps

    1) installed the tag
    2) enabled the “Track with Universal Google Tag (gtag.js) option
    3) fill up the three fields of Event Category, Event Action and Event Label
    4) Update the changes
    5) click the button on site and check the GA4 Realtime report
    6) GA4 isn’t tracking the button event.
