button doesn't show

I have activated the goggle plus plugin on my thesis-theme WP site, nut it’s not showing. I usually use Chrome, but I checked in all three SEs — not showing. Now, it WAS showing, but only from the admin side, not the user side. Now it’s not showing there either. I tried activating an reactivating — still no go.
It had to have been showing at some point, because I saw it with a “2” in the count box. What to do?
