    Which is the browser you use when you get that error?

    Feel free to hit the site and check the bottom right link for “chat online”

    Also, as a side note, im interested in getting the chat window to be inline on a page instead of as a pop up.

    I was mistakenly on version 2.5. I upgraded to version 3.5.1 and the problem resolved. Sorry for the inconvenience and thanks for the very quick response.
