Button does not activate Popup after complete page load?

  • It appears that button activates popup only while page is still in load. after it is loaded, button just adds #id to the url and popup doesnt show anymore. but It works if you press it while page is still loading. not after the load. I have excluded this page from cache, I dont think that is the issue
