    Hello @apisara2536

    Greetings from ELEXtensions!

Please let me know if you are using the ‘Remove Cart’ button option or the ‘Customize Add to Cart’ button option on your website.

    • If you are using the ‘Remove Cart’ button option, it will simply remove the cart button and display the custom text.
    • If you are using the ‘Customize Add to Cart’ button option, it will replace the ‘Add to Cart’ button text with your custom text and display the button on the shop and product pages. Please note you need to save the redirection URL to redirect the users to some other page otherwise the customize button still works as a cart button.

I have attached a screen recording for you to look over.

    Hello @apisara2536 ,

It appears to be a theme compatibility conflict on your website, causing text to display instead of a button on the product page. Please switch your site theme to the default WooCommerce theme to run a compatibility check and see if the issue persists.

If the problem continues, please raise a support ticket under the commercial plugin so we can gather more information to investigate the issue.

Looking forward to hearing from you.
