Button "Deny" don't work

Hi,

I’m using this plugin, it’s very easy to use it’s great!
But I have some issue, when customer click on “deny” the popup of bottom dissapears 2 seconds, but appears again… (then is a bucle).
There are some think that can I do to:

User press “deny”
Popup bottom dissapears

I have checked in plugin:
Display bar at the bottom in stead of the big popup.
Do not store a cookie when the user chooses deny

And unchecked:
Disable pop-up (makes the plugin to choose the deny option by default for all visitors)
Display bar at the bottom when cookie usage is denied.
