Button cuts off link at 260 characters

    Hi,
    it seems that MailPoet cuts off links in buttons at 260 characters. Why that, and how can I fix that?
    If I use a simple Link it works, but not within buttons.

    MP-Version: 3.0.9
    Wordpress-Version 4.8.3
