This is a new site, so, the only plugin I have installed is Woocommerce.

I am using the button feature of Guttenburg to put a button on my home page that links to a product.

I have entered the URL in the Link REL field.

The wordy text on the button is –

Click to preorder Color Duets today!
You’ll receive a FREE set of postcards with original paintings
by Kaffe Fassett and Erin Lee Gafill from their upcoming show at the
    Monterey Museum of Art

It changes color on rollover, but it doesn’t go to the link.

    Any suggestions?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

Can you show a screenshot of how you set up the button? It looks like the link was not added properly. Put the screenshot in imgur.com (no account needed) and put a link to that here.

I have entered the URL in the Link REL field.

That’s not where the URL goes.

In the editor, click the button. In the block menu bar, click the Link icon. It looks like a little chain.

That’s where the URL goes. It’s the same way that you link text to URLs, you select the text, then click the Link icon. Buttons in the button block use the same process.

The “rel” field stands for “relationship”. It is used to define things for special types of links, which is why it’s a freeform box. Usually, you leave this blank. If you don’t know what to put in the rel field, then it should be blank. It’s not something you use a whole lot.

Thank you both for your assistance.

I had a feeling I was missing something obvious.
