    Hi !

I noticed that the link on the Checkout Button doesn’t work in the email. The link is active in the template page, but not in the destination email. But the links on Home and Shop work great.
    Any ideas ?

    Thanks!

I created a text field instead and design it like a button. It works like that ??

Last question, is it possible to add the coupon automatically at the checkout with a link or something ?

    Thanks !

    Hi @gabberman2

There is the coupon option in the email template settings. The coupon will be included in the abandoned email if it is set.

    Best regards.

    Hi !

Is it the “Use Coupon” ? Because it confuses me with the text: “Don’t apply to abandoned order”.
By default it’s not enabled. So if I turn on this setting, it will apply the coupon automatically at the checkout ?

    Hi @gabberman2

If you choose “Use coupon”, these existing coupons in WooCommerce, please go to WooCommerce/ Coupon and check the conditions to get this coupon.

And Yes, when this option enables, the coupon will automatically apply on the checkout page.

    Best regards.

Sorry again, I’m very confusing again with the coupon feature in the Email Template..
To be sure, if I enable “generate coupon”, a coupon will be generated and added into the email right? I made a test and I have a discount code.
If I enable “Use coupon”, it will be add directly at the checkout, right?

    so I have 2 questions:
What’s the sentence : ‘don’t apply to abandoned cart” means ?
What is the link with the WooCommerce coupon feature if your plugin generate a coupon already?

Thanks to help me to understand correctly ??

    Hi @gabberman2

We are sorry for missing your message.
    1. If I enable “Use coupon”, it will be added directly at the checkout, right? => Yes, it is, and the coupon can be validated if that abandoned cart was eligible to apply the coupon (as you set in the WooCommerce/Coupon/ Usage restriction)

    2. The message: ‘don’t apply to abandoned cart” => That means, the coupon feature will not apply for the Failed or canceled orders.

    3. There are 2 types of coupons that you can use in this plugin:
+ Existing coupon: It is the coupons of WooCommerce (I also explained in the previous message)
+ Generate coupon: Our plugin will generate a coupon code and included in the email, you can add a text line with coupon shortcode like this https://prnt.sc/somfp5

    Best regards.
