When I click on ‘cookie settings’ in the cookie bar, my necessary cookies button should be ‘on’ or it should say ‘always active’. But somehow it doesn’t show, although I activated it within the category.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

This isn’t what I meant. When you click on cookie settings in the cookie bar, a field pops up with necessary cookies, analytic cookies, cookies for advertising etc. And they all have a button on the right that is not active. You have to activate them as a visitor. But the necessary cookies should have a text which says ‘always active’ and the analytic cookies should have a active button.
Although I have activated them in the back, they remain inactive.
    Hope someone has an idea.

    Hi @erwinzinger01,

Please try changing back the slug of the necessary category from ‘noodzakelijk’ to ‘necessary’ (default value). You can keep your custom name.
