Business Top Sidebar Not Displaying on Site

I’ve followed a uTube video for setting up my site with a product and services section. Everything is working great with the exception of getting the Business Top Sidebar to display information and the icons on the homepage. I dropped the TG: Services widget and now don’t know what else to do. Can you help?
