    Hi Team,

so my Business Token expired, the Insta hashtag Feed is no longer working.

As implied in your manual, I deleted the Business Account from the Backend and tried to set up a new one.

After that Process, from Meta, I get redirected to a URL on my site

    wp-admin/admin.php?page=qligg_account&#=

where Access is blocked. 403 – you don’t have access.

From “Button not working” I can only manage to set up a new Personal Account, which is not sufficient for hashtag Feeds.

    Help please.

    Thanks.

    Hi mate

Usually, these kinds of issues are related to changes in the Instagram API and can be solved by deleting the token and recreating it.

Go to your Social Feed Gallery tab -> Accounts, delete the token, and create a new one.

It’s important to note that generating a new token is necessary because even if you delete and re-add the account, the token will still be expired. If the issue persists, feel free to reach out to us via our Facebook page for faster support, which we provide at the following link: https://www.facebook.com/quadlayers
