business support

  • Is there any business support service for multisite wordpress?

    I know there are many comapnies that give such service, but I’d like someone from WordPress Team.

    Not through www.remarpro.com.

    There’s no official WordPress support for hire, however you can look on codepoet.com or jobs.wordpress.net to hire people.

    My company wants to have a higher level of support wordpress. We have experts in CMS like wordpress. But the drawback of using a free platform is that you don’t have a higher responsibility as you can have if you are using private software. For this reason we wondered if wordpress has superior support for those who required it. Not a bad idea, isn’t?

    WordPress provides support for WordPress.COM users. i.e. people who host their sites on WP’s servers.

    www.remarpro.com is provided as-is. The forums are the only ‘official’ support you get, and we’re free and hit-or-miss. I suggest you look on both codepoet.com or jobs.wordpress.net to hire people, as those are BOTH WordPress sanctioned sites.
