Business name when using 3DS with CARDS

    Hi there!

    I have an ecommerce in Spain. I have a problem whith the name of my Business when using 3DS with cards. The problem is that my Business Name appears as “Braintree Payments” in the Bank Customer Application that authorizes the payment. I think that this Business Name should be configurable but I can’t find where.

    This is a link of an image that shows an screenshot in my mobile device, where the Business name is shwown as “Braintree Payments” but I want to show “Caracol Hogar”:

    Hi @caracolcolcol,

    That descriptor is coming directly from Braintree and not anything within the plugin. You could use the plugin’s Descriptor Settings to customize that value however.

    If you navigate to Braintree Gateway > Advanced Settings > Descriptor Settings you will see all of the available options.

    You can also reach out to Braintree Support and ask them about changing that value within your account settings.
