    Hi Luke,

    Google recently made some changes to how they serve up the reviews. They don’t make it easy at all. But we’ve been updating our documentation to make it as easy as possible.

    Because your business is not being populated in the Autocomplete, my guess is that you are not indicating that you are serving customers at your phyisical location. You can see that your business also doesn’t show up here:

    This means that your profile is not configured correctly to display reviews via the API. This can be remedied. Please review this article in detail and see what you can come up with:

    Hey mate thanks for your reply

    I went into google+ page, clicked edit and ticked that I do serve customers from my physical address (which is verified)

    I guess I will have to wait a while before checking again, hopefully that should do it?

    That should do it. To get the latest data from the API, go to “Appearance > Widgets” and in your Google Places widget open the Advanced Options section and set the Cache to “None”. But make sure to set it back to 1 week after you have your reviews.

    Still no good but I think google might take a few days to update with what I changed?

    Hi Luke,

    Another plugin user here having the exact same problem.

    Please let me/us know if checking that “I do serve customers from my physical address” option in GMB worked for you.

    We’ve had many many users go through this process. I’ll never know why Google makes it so difficult to serve reviews over their API, but I do know that our docs explain it as best as we can. This doc in particular goes into detail about configuring your business page to do it correctly. Please give it a close read:
