    Hi Charles,

    Thank you for contacting us! To ensure your Instagram account is linked to a Facebook page as required for the business profile connection, please follow the steps in our guide here: https://smashballoon.com/doc/instagram-business-profiles/?instagram

    After following those steps, when you go to create the connection you should be able to select the account.

    Hi @smashballoonlouis,

    I have followed all the steps provided. However, I am encountering an issue after logging in with Facebook. Instead of displaying the Instagram accounts with checkbox options, I am seeing the “Link an Account” button (as shown in the above image). Clicking on it redirects me to the Getting Started page.

    Hi Charles,

    Please go to the Instagram Management or Linked Accounts settings for the Facebook Page that you linked to the Instagram professional account, and double-check that the Instagram account is linked like this: https://a.supportally.com/i/tmoobY. You can find the Instagram Management or Linked Accounts settings with step 2 of our guide.

    Also, sometimes the Instagram account will be displayed there, but there can be an extra confirmation or verification step you need to complete before the link is complete. Check if you see any type of message like this, and if so, complete that process.

    Lastly, ensure that when you are creating the source in our plugin that you are logged into a Facebook Personal Profile that has a Role on the Facebook Page that is linked to the Instagram professional account.
