Business Associate Agreement (BAA)?

  • Hi, I’m a psychotherapist and I’m very interested in the HIPAA Forms plugin. However, as a provider I’m only in compliance with HIPAA if any of the services I use (such as this plugin and the servers that maintain the data) will sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with me. Is that available with this plugin?

    Absolutely!

    When you install the plugin and put in your license key it will then ask you to sign the BAA agreement. In fact the plugin will not allow you to accept form submissions until the BAA is signed.
