Business account missing

Two of our websites have experienced the same issue. Both are using business accounts. The feed is blank. On the admin, the account *username* is missing from the account page and the select box on the feed setting window. We will delete the empty account and create a new one and it works again. Is this something you are aware of? Thank you.
