hi all – so I made this website for my mum who is an artist. Made the header with “Elementor Header & Footer Builder” and Elementor. Thought it was all working good and than sent a link to my mum who at her age is not that much tech savee. She opened it on her mobile and looked at it not realising that she need to press the small arrows on the sub-menus to open them and see the sub-choices…

The sub-menus header/parent is a blank custom link which is not clickable. On the desktop hover opens up the submenu but on mobile I need to make it open the submenu by pressing on it (and not only on the small arrow)… is that possible?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi

You are using third party plugin for creating the header
We strive to make Elementor as compatible as possible with 3rd party plugins and themes, but we cannot control the 3rd party’s code.
Therefore, we highly recommend that you report this issue to the support team for this theme/plugin, so they may further troubleshoot and provide any recommendation (or possible fix) to resolve this issue.
Should they need any help from us, they can open an issue on our Github account and our developers will be happy to assist.?https://github.com/elementor/elementor/issues
