Burger icon appears on desktop

    HI, the burger icon for the left menu is set to appear only on mobile. After a few clicks around the desktop site it appears on their too. This is problem as it stops all the other elements in the header from being clickable. Any ideas please? Thanks, Stuart

    Hi @stuart2020,

    I checked your site and I’m only seeing our Mobile menu when the resolution goes below 767px

    Try to clear the browser cache on your side and try it again. If it still happens let me know the steps to replicate it or save a screencast.

    Hi Rui,

    Thanks for the reply, i originally took it down to 767 and that made it dissapear on desktop. It wasn’t appearing on mobile all the time then so i’ve increased the resolution trigger to 1200 but it doesn’t appear half the time (sometimes it is there, sometimes it isn’t) Do you have any ideas please?

    Hi @stuart2020,

    Can you check if the option “Enable only in mobile devices” is enable? If so try to disable it.

    Are you using any cache plugin? If so try also to purge the cache.

    Hi Rui,

    Yes ‘enable on mobile devices’ is enabled. Yes i purge all cache server side and also clear mobile cache and the burger reappears and then sometime later it isn’t there again but only on the home page. Do you know why this could be please? Thanks, Stuart

    I’m seeing it fine now in the homepage. What cache plugin are you using? Try to disabled the option “enable on mobile devices”
