    Hello,

I’ve created a bundled product w/ 2 additional simple products. Upon order completion or process, the simple product’s stock isn’t being reduced. Any ideas?

    Hi @ttokita ,
In your case, you should check your stock management. Please follow these steps and check your product settings:

    1. In Inventory, ENABLE the stock management at the product level. Set the stock quantity to 0. See https://prntscr.com/owl4ah. (1)

    2. In Bundled Product, ENABLE the stock management at the bundle level. See https://prntscr.com/owl5m8. (2)

    (1) is to ensure that single products’ stock will be taken into account. (2) is to count the bundle’s stock based on individual additional item. That is, when one additional item is out of stock, the whole bundle will be out of stock, too. This could solve your problem.

    Best regards.

    Didn’t work:

    1. Stock for the main bundled became a negative, out of stock was showing but you can still order

    2. Simple product stock didn’t reduce as well upon order process or completion

Also on 0 stock on the main bundle, it became a back order. (this is for the main bundle, simple products have stock values)

Okay, I’ll handle your ticket to our developers to see if we can do anything to help or further configuration to be set. Please provide a link to your site/bundle & screenshots to further clarify your issue. This will help us to proceed faster.

Please wait and be patient while we’re working on it. This might take several days because we’re quite busy. Thank you for your understanding.
