Bundled with free theme

  • This showed up when I installed the ColorWay theme to try out for a new restaurant site. Theme made an entry in Appearance for “Install Plugins” which led me to a page that shows it as “Required” (not “Suggested” as the theme originally stated). Having read through these comments and the support forum (such as it is) I’m glad I did a little research before trying to use it. Agree with GrandpaNole that the company should be upfront about the paid functions. Sticking with Contact Form 7 which I have had good results from in the past.

  • Thanks for your feedback. Yes, there are certain advance functions that are paid which includes logical form creation, payment modules (PayPal, Stripe), email notifications, team management, Advance Analytics etc.

    It feels really bad that most of the 1 star reviews that we got is not based on issues with plugins functionality or any bugs but just because we are charging for the upgraded features.
