    My customer cleaims that when ordering a bundle the customers/admin are suddenly not recieveing the budnle details in the emails. Instead they are recieving regular woocommerce emails for orders like they ordered 1 single product.

    He thinks that he updated some plugins and then it happens, maybe you know the issue and you can help?

    Hi asafmoraz,

    Your product is a smart bundle, not a Bought Together deal. Maybe you have misplaced the thread in this plugin section.

    I checked your product and added it to the cart, all the details were there: https://prnt.sc/Hiq8eOZavBgh.

    Since it’s an issue with the order details, it would be better if you could provide some images of the backend order and order details for us to check.

    If you are using a third-party plugin for processing the order email and PDF invoices on your site, chances are our plugin is not compatible with that.

    Yes, my mistake you are correct. the customer has allready purchased the pro version and is communicating with you so i will close this support thread for now to prevent duplications.
