Bundle item amount not calculated for cart

ISSUE 1:
I’ve created a demo product with 3 Bundle idem options. Each of them are set to 4 by default. when changing any item to a different amount (like 3 or 5) and then add it to cart, it is again calculated 4 of each. i disabled any disturbing plugins (like woocommerce min/max sales,…) without any effect.

ISSUE 2:
After adding into cart, it looks weird in the Minicart (top right icon in navbar), is it possible only to show the parent item without the content there?

ADDITIONAL FEATURE REQUEST:
Is it possible to limit the global amount of a bundle to a fix number? Like it has to be 12 in total bundle items?
