    Hello, I have noticed that bundle products do not add to cart they just redirect back to product page, is this a known issue?

  • Im having the same issue with Version 3.6.7. Im getting a 500 error when adding to cart.

    Edit: Nevermind, this was a configuration issue on my end.

    Im having the same issue. Bundle products do not add to cart they just redirect back to product page. Any solution?

    I am having this issue as well – it wasn’t happening a few days ago – not sure when it changed. I have tried disableing plugins and using a default theme, and still have the same issue. Simple products add to the cart without any trouble. Any resolutions to this issue would be greatly appreciated! Thanks ??

    I see I’m not the only one that has been experiencing this.

    For anyone else experiencing this my temporary solution for now is to simply disable the plugin, the bundled items can still be purchased however I guess the stock of the bundled items will not be reduced but that’s a small compromise and better than customers not being able to purchase at all.

    Hopefully the developers will acknowledge the issue and fix it soon.

    I figured out what was causing it on my end – I was wanting only bundles to show on the shop page so I had set the individual products to not show in the shop, but the way I was hiding them made it so that they could not be added to the cart, so the bundle was not able to add the bundled products to the cart and returned an error message. Hopefully this helps someone figure out their issue ??

    @anji_s, thank you for posting your comment as this information was most helpful indeed, I pretty much new exactly what I needed to do. I changed the status of some of the bundled items to Visibility: Public, Catalog visibility: Hidden and all is working properly! Thank you so much! ??

    Good to hear! I have to admit I felt a little silly when I finally figured it out, but I went ahead and posted because I figured that maybe I wasn’t the only one! ??

    I am having this same problem. Bundles were working fine this morning and this afternoon they will not add to cart and I get the message that this product cannot be purchased. Can anyone assist?
