  • Go to the plugin email log and see who tried to send the email with the error.
    You can tell for example by subject.

    After I find out who, what should I do? The PostSMTP logs don’t have error messages in the log.

    You need to understand to prevent more stuff like this.
    It can be a plugin, spam, etc.

    The fact is that something is trying to send emails without the body part.

    Can you help explain what you mean?

    Are you saying these notifications are happening because there is an empty body? Empty body doesn’t mean an error so not sure why there should be an error notification for an empty body.

    @yehudah so what do you think about this error message when the email does have a body?

    And for future emails that don’t have a body, is it possible to change the level of the error logs that get sent out in the webhook?
