Bunch of fixes

This fixes many issues, some posted on this board, as follows:

1. Make minimum price the actual minimum price, not plus $0.01
2. Adding more than one of the same own price product changes the price of existing and updates the quality. Fix works as you would expect- adding multiple of the same price updates quality, adding a different price adds a new item to cart
3. JS fix that prevents coding buttons from passing in a hidden “price” field. This was an issue because I create a shortcode to create a button with a specific amount.
4. Fix for displaying grouped product names. Currently just installing this plugin causes the product name of grouped products in WooCommerce to disappear.
