bulutfon operator settings not working

I want to use the bulutfon operator from Turkey. It’s on the list of supported operators when when I enter my account details on bulutfon, it’s not activated and also not working. May be the operator changed something. They provide api key but plug-in only asks for account username and password. Please can you help me about that?
