• I do not want to post the link to the site because it is not mine, it is someone I work for, but I have the landing page set up and a couple of things are not transferring over when I PREVIEW or PUBLISH. I have tried it with adding “protected” in permalink and not having it added. I tried pasting text from HTML converter because it looks like there is no style attached to the bullet list (CSS style I mean) so I tried copying a CSS style from WS3 school but it still didn’t work. I also tried copying from another page in the same site. Nothing is working and they do not use plug-ins. There is not even a SETTINGS button for me to look at. I couldn’t add a plug in if I wanted to. I pasted what is in the TEXT editor tab hoping someone can please assist. It’s driving me crazy. (I am also an extreme newb btw).

  • Hi,

It seems you have not full access to the site. I think you have the editor, so you do not see the Settings menu and others.

However, the issue may occur if there is any CSS targetting the ‘li’ tag. If so, it will show in the backend definitely but it won’t show in the front-end.

So, find out by inspecting the markup if there is any CSS from the theme or plugins. If you find, try turning it off.

    Hope it may work.
    Thank you.
