Bullets padding left

Hello,
I use the default theme of cyclone slider 2.

If I use many images in the slider, the bullets stick to the left side of the slider. I would prefer a padding on the left side.
Can I also make the padding on the top smaller?
Can I make the distance between the rows bigger?

Is there a way to change these things in css?
