Bullets not displayed on page

    I have tried to format a post with both the Classic and Block editor … neither is showing bullets even though in the editor they show.

    There must be some CSS issues or conflicts but I am not sure how to pin point the problem or offending plugin.

    Can you help please, is there a way to see conflicts like this?
