Bulletproof Security and PowerPress Podcasting not cooperating

Hello all, wondering if I could get some help here.
After a lot of searching and testing I still can’t resolve my issue.

I have the PowerPress plugin installed to do podcasts as well as Bulletproof Security. None of my .mp3 files are showing up in my feed, although they show up fine in the player on the site and you can access them from the URL in the address bar just fine.

Whenever I input a .mp3 file i have uploaded into the PowerPress feed it comes back with a 403 error. i also get a 403 error when i try to submit to iTunes. No files are showing up in the podcast RSS feed.
