Bulletproof .49.9 – htaccess issue

    I was getting a message bulletproof was not protecting a site of mine. Using latest versions of WP and BP. It seemed the .htaccess file in the root folder was not updating from bulletproof .49.8

    I tried to update it several times. Finally got the .htaccess to update in the root folder, but not the entire site is down. Can’t login to WP.

    I renamed the bulletproof folder to remove it, that didn’t work. I was able to open the .htaccess file in FTP with TextWrangler, but the host settings won’t allow me to update the file….

    I’ve tried to contact the host, but they are slow to respond.

    Looks like it’s working now, suspecting the host did something on their end. I will update when I find out what they did.
