Is there a way to add bulletpoints to Yoast FAQ? I tried HTML’ing them but it broke the block and I had to do “Attempt Block Recovery”.

  • Hey @robertallen,

Thank you for using Yoast SEO and for reaching out.

No, there is no ability to use lists within an answer in our FAQ block. This is due to the limitations of HTML output in Schema. You could technically enter:

    – Line one
    – Line two

within your answer though. This won’t show up as bullet points – but would show similarly as a list on different lines visually. Within your Schema and in rich results, they won’t show up and the content will be “merged” into one “sentence”. See: https://developers.google.com/search/docs/advanced/structured-data/faqpage

Thank you for such a quick answer. Much appreciated! This makes total sense.

Schema with the FAQ is a game changer. Props to the developers for making it happen!

    Glad you like it!
Thank you for your kind words!
