Bullet points not showing

    Hello,

    I was just wondering if it was possible to make bullet points / lists appear for this plugin?

    I have tried adding them but they do not seem to show on the front end. Using WordPress directly and adding bullet points is showing fine.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi oodya,

    The bullet points are probably not showing up on the front end because the ‘Do not apply content filters’ option has been checked in the settings for the widget or the shortcode.

    If you are using the Widget, you can find the setting here:

    Note that usually the content filters checkbox is selected because there is some compatibility issue with the theme so proceed with care.

    Hello,

    I am going to the products section, then clicking on ‘Add content block’. I cannot see the option here. Am I missing something?

    The widget settings can be found under ‘Appearance’ -> ‘Widgets’.

    I suggest contacting your web developer to assist with checking this setting.
