Bullet points automatically shrink font

  • Recently, I noticed that when I created bullet points, it automatically shrunk the font.

    For instance, if I typed

    Line One
    Line Two

    And then added bullet points in the visual editor, WordPress would automatically generate the following

    <li><span style="line-height: 18px; font-size: 0.8em;">Line One</span></li>
<li><span style="line-height: 18px; font-size: 0.8em;">Line Two</span></li>

    Does anyone know why this would be, or how I could fix it? It appeared when I started using a raw html plugin. I have since deactivated and deleted that plugin, but the issue remains. Please help!
