Bullet navigation and arrow navigation do not work

Hi,

No matter what I do, I can’t get the bullets or arrows to show on any post. From the navigation settings, I have tried setting them to “Always Show” then “Show when mouse over,” both of which didn’t have any effect. Other than that, the image carousel slider appears to work as intended.

I am using the free Ashe theme. I did not add my website link because it is in “Coming Soon” mode, so you won’t be able to view it regardless.
