Sorry for the URL,
Here you can see that we should have bullet points before the blue title list at the begining of the article. Then we sould have another bullet list at the last paragraph called “check list”.

?Please try to add the below CSS code from the Appearance > Customize > Custom CSS, and check.

ul {
    margin: 15px 0 15px 20px;
    list-style: disc;
}

PS- you can also use the specific class if you want to show on a particular location.
