That’s almost always caused by your theme CSS overriding the EasyRecipe CSS. It’s usually easily fixed by adding a little Custom CSS in EasyRecipe.

If you submit a support ticket at https://support.easyrecipeplugin.com/submit-a-support-ticket/ we’ll be able to show you what to do.

I tried to submit a support ticket that way before coming here, but all I got was error messages…will try again.

Yeah…I’m still just getting “server errors” when trying to submit requests at that site.

How did you resolve this? I wrote about the same problem days ago and still do not have a resolution. Thank you!

Once I was able to submit a request through the plugin author’s website (https://support.easyrecipeplugin.com/submit-a-support-ticket/), he sent me some code to put in the “geeky stuff” tab and I copied/pasted it in and that was it. I’m not sure why he didn’t just post it here for me, but maybe the code is different for different sites?? I wouldn’t want to mess up your site, so I’m hesitant to share the code here since he didn’t…but if you don’t have any luck hearing back from him I could send you what he sent me if you want to try it…just be sure to do a backup of your site first :).
