Bullet and Extra blank menu item

I read several posts and put in several pieces of CSS code but cannot get rid of the bullet. WOP is also adding a blank menu tab at the end of the menu.
Need to ditch the bullet and the extra menu item and center on page. Help is much appreciated. Great plugin otherwise.
