Bulk Upload + Trackship Tabs + E-Mail-Content not working

    Hi there,

    the plugin looks promising, however I am facing some errors.

    1.) In backend, I can’t “launch customizer” and I can’t open the “Bulk upload” and “Trackship” tabs (just a grey screen for all of them). I don’t have these problems with other plugins, e.g. normal WP Customizer works just fine.

    2.) I read that the plugin “WP HTML Mail” is supported to include tracking information in the completed mail. However, I have the option active and it’s not working?

    Hi @mirco999,

    1.) For the first point can you please check with deactivating some other plugin if there is any conflict between plugins because we checked in our side and it works fine.

    2.) For the second point, I checked the completed order email with WP HTML Mail – WooCommerce plugin and it also works fine. Can you please check in advanced shipment tracking settings that you enable “Completed” order status in “On which order status email to include the shipment tracking info?”.
