Bulk convert only finds theme files

    Hi,
    Trying to setup WebP express. The Scope is set to Uploads and themes, but the Bulk convert option only finds the theme files. What can cause this?

  • Turn on logging and see what it says, I am guessing there is a permission issue (i.e cannot read the folder wp-uploads? Either way I would see what the logs say.
