    Ok, I just purchased this today and wanted to use the “Bulk Update” feature. When I select the variations I want to change price on and set the “Batch Update” to Price, Set To, 115. It comes up with an error that says “Batch Update was Not Successful” and the Gui hangs up on “Please Wait” with a status of “Updating” and the little bar says “Initializing”.

    I refresh the page and notice that it did update the price on some of my variations, but not all of them.

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

    As checked, we think that the ‘Batch Update unsuccessful’ Smart Manager issue could be related to the ‘WP_DEBUG’ mode in wordpress.

    Could you please check and let us know if the same is set to ‘true’ on your site. If yes, then would request you to kindly set the same to ‘false’ and then have a check with the Smart Manager functionality.

    Have not heard back from support in a few days. I will mark this as closed here, but I would like some follow up as this is still not working…

    We’ve made changes in your site today itself & also tried to Batch Update inventory & it worked perfectly.

    And we responded to you also from our support system, please check your spam if it is not in inbox.

    Therefore we asked you to close this. Is it still not working?

    I am also experiencing this issue with a client site. The site is updated and my server settings are in order.

    I have also checked my wp_debug settings and everything is set to false.

    Have you tried it in some other browsers?

    Are you getting any error in browser’s console. (In Google Chrome browser’s console can be opened from 'Tools->JavaScript Console' or using Ctrl+Shift+J)

    To verify whether it is conflicting with other plugins or not, you can temporarily deactivate all other plugins except WooCommerce and Smart Manager.

    If the issue is still there, then it can be related to Smart Manager. You can also report this to support(at)storeapps(dot)org
