    Hi,
When you change the status of a Woocommerce order an e-mail goes out to the customer. This work fine when I do this with one order. However when I do this in bulk, only one e-mail gets send (the first one), all the other customers don’t receive an email. I am using WP Forms SMTP in combination with mailgun. Do you have any idea why this is, and what a possible solution would be?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @danie1234,

Thanks for reaching out! Could you please check WP Mail SMTP -> Tools -> Debug Events section and see if you’re getting any errors?

This will provide you with an idea of what might be going on.

    Thanks!

    Hi,
Thank you for your reply. I didn’t get any errors using the debugging tool, but I updated 3 Woocommerce orders from status processing to completed, and only 1 e-mail got send.
It said the following in the debug event (sorry it’s in Spanish:)

    Depuración

    Hi @danie1234,

I missed your last reply, and I apologize for that.

When testing this issue on my end, I could not reproduce it.

Here’s a screenshot of my email log, and here’s a screenshot of those notification emails.

To troubleshoot this issue further, make sure that you’re using the latest version of the WP Mail SMTP and WooCommerce plugins on your site.

Also, you may enable the WordPress debug mode and see if you can find any errors when performing that task.

    I hope this helps. Thanks!
