Bulk Select Option not avaialable anymore?

I see in the screenshots that I can bulk select and resize certain images. There’s only a button that says regenerate all thumbnails in the tools section of the dashboard.

When I go to my media Library I’m not seeing the option to resize the images individually. Even when I select the image that I want to resize.

Is this an outdated feature?
