Bulk resizing not working

  • Hi Jason,

    The bulk resizer has stopped working and so has the resizing of images when they are loaded. In an effort to assist I have followed the information you have given to watch the video you have provided and have come up with the following information that I hope will assist you.

    1. When I try to load the image list it works fine.
    2. When I click the resize selected images button i get a red error message. I have done my best to get the report from this as described but there is nothing under the response heading.
    3. Following this a second task appears below the first one and this has a report line as follows
    {“wp-auth-check”:true,”server_time”:1443224544}

    Can you tell me what further information I can supply you as I relly need to fix this problem quickly.
