  • If you can do that and then check your server error logs, it will tell what that 500 error really is. The 500 error alone is not enough info to help.

You can also enable error_reporting in your php.ini (if possible) or ask your host provider for more info if you need help locating the error logs.

Same thing for me. I succeed with small photos but the last ones (2448×3264) didn’t. I’ve the 500 Internal Error when checking with Chrome Developper tools but there is no sign of 500 error in server logs.

I’ve tried to boost memory limit with no success. Any advice to debug this ?

Memory error would be my first guess. The image processing library is really a hog with memory.

Unfortunately without seeing the actual error, we can’t know. For Apache the logs are sometimes at /var/log/apache2/error.log

    Hi Jason,

Have a similar issue and not getting any error message that I can find. It is simply no longer working. It was great when I first logged in. Could it WP incompatibility?

Anyway if you would like access to the cpanel for this site I am happy to give it to you. This plugin is REALLY important for this realestate site to keep their disc usage down.
