Bulk protection misses some files

I have 1800+ files that I am moving to the vault. The media library lists 100 images at a time. I clicked select all, chose “Add to protected” and clicked apply. I did this on 18 times.
Today I noticed there was a load of images still unprotected. When I investigated, I found that on every page of 100, the last 7 images were still unprotected.
ie The bulk “add to protected” missed the last 7 pictures.
I have since added them individually with no problem. I am just reporting this as it seems so strange!
