• when I click on the bulk prizm image tab in the admin side menu under Media (/wp-admin/upload.php?page=wp-image_service-bulk)

    I get this screen:
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 268435456 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 32 bytes) in /home/slujoh/public_html/wp-includes/cache.php on line 573

all other aspects seem to work fine except this.

    Hi Saxon,

Sorry for the trouble you were having. We’ll try to get this fixed if we can.

Can you answer a few questions for us?

How many images were you attempting to optimize in the bulk operation?
Were these all JPEGs or all PNGs, or a combination of both?
Did any images successfully get optimized?
    What browser are you running?
What operating system are you running WordPress on?
What version of WordPress are you running?

Any chance we can get a screen shot of the error screen?

    Thanks

    Tom

if the bulk smush seems to be getting stuck should we increase the timeout? What number of seconds is possible, is 600 to long?

    Hello jezweb,

You can certainly increase the timeout to any value that you wish. 600 seconds is not too long, but if a single operation is taking that long, there may be a problem with the file that is taking that long.

    Thanks,

    Stephen
