Bulk Print Invoice issue

    Hi,
    i have faced an issue with bulk export of order invoice pdfs. As i marked 3 orders it was all fine, but selecting around 50 at once results in a blank page without delivering the merged pdf with all selected invoices. Do you know what the issue might be or a workaround?

    This is caused by a lack of memory: Solving memory issues
    50 orders is a lot to process into one PDF though, depending on your setup you may need to reduce your batch size.

    Actually we have a powerful cloud server, so lack of memory should not be the cause. Would like to request this optimization then: Generating the pdf in batches to make sure that large amounts can be exported. Do you think you can take it onto your roadmap in near future?

    Hello Stashiq,
    Unfortunately the PDF library uses a lot of memory when the document grows large, theres not much I can do about that other than what you suggest, creating them in batches. This comes with another pitfall, which is that it would need to offer them in a zip which is not possible on all servers. I definitely plan to make this possible in the near future, although I’m not sure this will be in the free version. For now, the best I can offer is the Dropbox extension, which automates much of the process, and handles the bulk actions per order rather than creating one big document.
